What’s Included in Our Cockroach Treatment?
We offer a comprehensive two-visit treatment, with a third visit available at no extra cost if there’s still activity after 20 days. This is part of our commitment to doing the job properly.
Visit 1 – Inspection & Gel Bait Treatment:
- First, we identify the species – German, Oriental, or otherwise – because different cockroaches require different tactics.
- A professional-grade gel bait is applied. It works through the colony, reaching the ones you don’t see as cockroaches spread it among themselves.
- We also place non-toxic sticky traps to monitor and manage the population.
Visit 2 – Residual Spray Treatment:
- A targeted, long-lasting spray is applied to key hiding places. This is safe and highly effective but requires you and any pets to vacate for 6 hours during application.
- This second stage helps knock out any remaining cockroaches and disrupts breeding.
Visit 3 – Follow-Up (If Needed):

How do you find a cockroach nest?
Cockroaches don’t form “nests” in the way some pests do, like ants or wasps. Instead, they aggregate in preferred harbourages – warm, dark, and humid areas close to food and water sources. These harbourages can be behind fridges, under sinks, inside cupboards, wall voids, or near pipework. Signs of these aggregations include clusters of droppings, shed skins, egg cases (oothecae), and a distinctive musty odour.
