We were relatively in the dark as to what assistance/service was available and had been trying to deal with the situation ourselves with OTC treatments. I won’t deny that it had all got a bit much for me and my stress levels were through the roof, but after reading a couple of reviews online I decided to give Wallace Pest Control a call.
I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands, being shown patience and understanding as I was talked through the service offered and what we could expect. My stress levels started to fall away, safe in the knowledge that there was a solution to the situation we found ourselves in. I know that may sound dramatic, but I honestly can’t thank them enough.
Kane came out and applied spray and fumigation 2 weeks ago - and so far so good. I’m still very ‘on edge’ and constantly looking for our ‘lodgers’ but as the days pass, without a trace, I’m starting to feel less anxious and (dare I say) tentatively positive that we must now have things under control. Kane told us he’d check in with us to see how things are and I’m hoping I have good news for him.

Kane visited and got rid of our pest problem really quickly. He also gave lots of great advice and very knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. We had tried everything to eradicate our pest problem and nothing worked until we used Wallace pest control. I just wish we had used them sooner. We are now pest free and have been told to give them a call if we do see any more pests and they would be happy to offer more advice. He helped us with a rodent problem and he was professional, thorough, friendly and he went above and beyond what I had anticipated. He was keen to understand and resolve the whole problem, not just provide a short term fix. It was a very reasonably priced for the whole series of visits. We contacted him on a Sunday and he replied Monday morning and came out to access the problem quickly regarding rats.
He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail that he would do from start to finish. He set the cameras up to see where the problem was coming from, he managed to identify the problem very quickly. Kane was very knowledgable and experienced throughout the full process. Andrew & Pauline x Lucie Abbott 2023-11-13 Me and my mum recently had the biggest shock of our lives when we found out we had rats in our walls that had unfortunately made it into our home too and ran past my feet, chewed up our carpets and doors and were also pooing all over. I found Kane and his company on google when I was ringing around in a panic to find out what to do and he was so helpful and so lovely on the phone and was able to come out to us within a couple of days! He really helped calm us down and on his first visit he was lovely and very professional, he did such a thorough check all over the house and outside, as well as the neighbouring houses to find exactly where they were coming in from. He was clearly very knowledgable, knew exactly what to do instantly and he set pet-friendly poison down in all holes that he could find and then returned the week later to check those so he could confirm the entry point. When this happened, he sealed the holes for us and the neighbours where he was confident they were actually coming in from! He was very affordable considering he came up to 4 times to sort this issue and told us to call if we had any other concerns or if we heard them again which we luckily have not and what he did seemed to do the trick! Would not hesitate to call him again with any other pest issues! Cannot thank him enough. We highly recommend Wallace Pest Control! He was brilliant - very knowledgable in everything we needed help with and committed a lot of time to make sure the job was done properly - even coming after work one night to help us with one of the traps. He did a thorough investigation around the outside of the house and our neighbours and covered up any entry points and we haven’t had any issues since. Kane told me exactly what I needed to do before the appointment and arrived half an hour early. He talked me through what he was going to do and the products he uses.
