I had a rodent problem in my loft. Kane visited and helped with this, had incredible calmness, went above and beyond to pest proof my home as best as he could and also offered reassurance to me as I was terrified.

We were relatively in the dark as to what assistance/service was available and had been trying to deal with the situation ourselves with OTC treatments. I won’t deny that it had all got a bit much for me and my stress levels were through the roof, but after reading a couple of reviews online I decided to give Wallace Pest Control a call.
I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands, being shown patience and understanding as I was talked through the service offered and what we could expect. My stress levels started to fall away, safe in the knowledge that there was a solution to the situation we found ourselves in. I know that may sound dramatic, but I honestly can’t thank them enough.
Kane came out and applied spray and fumigation 2 weeks ago - and so far so good. I’m still very ‘on edge’ and constantly looking for our ‘lodgers’ but as the days pass, without a trace, I’m starting to feel less anxious and (dare I say) tentatively positive that we must now have things under control. Kane told us he’d check in with us to see how things are and I’m hoping I have good news for him.

Kane visited and got rid of our pest problem really quickly. He also gave lots of great advice and very knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. We had tried everything to eradicate our pest problem and nothing worked until we used Wallace pest control. I just wish we had used them sooner. We are now pest free and have been told to give them a call if we do see any more pests and they would be happy to offer more advice. Also Kane uses a van without signage so can be very discreet if needed.
